Don’t worry you can use your credit card/debit card to make a payment with PayPal. You don’t need a Paypal account.

Refund can only be issued if you didn’t get the access to the file within 24 hours and on your request. Due to the nature of digital file, refund can’t be issued beyond of the reason above (including the reason that it doesn’t work with your machine/program, hence I suggest you to try the sample files. You can download the sample files here and try with your machine/program. If it doesn’t work with your program, please double check your software version (E.g. Silhouette Studio BASIC/free dition can not read SVG but DXF format). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
